The field is located on a farm with private access only making it a safe and comfortable location to both fly or just hang out and shoot the breeze.

There is an onsite barbecue grill which is pressed into action during social events that are held occasionally throughout the year, these include club meetings, club fun-fly events and community social events such as senior fly ins and scout training.
